He is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy under local anaesthesia, a stitch-less and daycare procedure that offers patients faster recovery with minimal discomfort. Dr. Srinivas has the distinction of being the first surgeon to perform this innovative technique in the MP and Chhattisgarh regions of India. He later served as the sole Consultant Neurosurgeon at Fortis Modi Hospital in Kota, Rajasthan, where he pioneered several advanced surgical techniques in the region. His tenure at Global Hospitals, Hyderabad, included treating international patients as part of India’s medical tourism landscape. At KIMS Bilaspur, he introduced stitch-less endoscopic spine surgeries, a first for the MP and Chhattisgarh regions, significantly enhancing patient care standards.
As Director of Neurosciences at AIMS Dombivili, Dr. Srinivas led and developed the department, performing groundbreaking procedures such as endoscopic evacuation of intracerebral hematomas. Currently, he is associated with the JCI-accredited Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai, where he continues to serve as a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Endoscopic Spine Surgeon.
